Apple announced a new basic iPad and more

Apple has decided not to hold frequent presentations of its products, so today it quietly announced some of them. As mentioned earlier, frequent presentations are not rational.

iPad

The Apple giant introduced the basic iPad. Now, unfortunately or fortunately, there is practically no difference between it and the iPad Air. Even visually they are similar. The only difference is the color palette. For a basic tablet, it seems simpler and brighter. We get something like iPhone XR.

iPad will get A14 Bionic, 10/09 Liquid Retina screen, Wi-Fi 6 and USB-C. Touch ID is now built into the power button, just like the Air. As for the cameras, the tablet is equipped with a 12MP ultra-wide front-facing camera, as well as an updated 12MP rear camera with 4K video recording. The tablet also supports Apple’s Center Stage feature, which automatically focuses you during video calls. The company also added landscape stereo speakers and dual microphones.

Apple

Only the first-generation Apple Pencil and the new $249 Magic Keyboard Folio will be supported. The device can be bought from 449 dollars from October 26.

iPad Pro

Also out of the blue, the iPad Pro was announced today. Its main feature from the previous model is the presence of an M2 processor. And as a result, we get a tablet with the power of a MacBook Pro. Now switching between tasks and programs will be much smoother than on previous generations of iPad.

Apple

In addition to this, the tablet is equipped with improved Apple Pencil support with new features. The iPad Pro will start at $799 and $1,099 for the 11-inch and 12-inch base models, respectively. Start of sales – October 26.

It has also been confirmed that iPadOS 16 and MacOS Ventura will be released on October 24.

Apple TV 4K

Here the main difference is the A15 Bionic processor. This processor allows the best performance with a large number of TVs. There will be two versions – Wi-Fi only (64GB) for $130, and Wi-Fi + Internet (128GB) for $150. The remote will also have a USB-C connector. On sale from November 4.

HDR10+ support has also been added for the best quality on modern TVs.
